In circumstances where v.g.tick needs to use your personal data for any reason, other than for the purpose for which v.g.tick collected it, v.g.tick will only use your personal data where that reason is compatible with the original purpose. In addition, v.g.tick limits access to your personal data to such employees, agents, contractors and authorised Third Parties which have an authentic business need to know and are subject to confidentiality terms.
v.g.tick has put in place its procedures to deal with any suspected data breach and will notify you, and any applicable regulator, of a suspected breach where v.g.tick is legally required to do so.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data or to exercise any of your other rights in law. However, v.g.tick may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is without foundation, vexatious or excessive; v.g.tick may refuse to comply with any request in such circumstances.
v.g.tick may need to request specific information from you to help it confirm your identity and ensure your ability and right to access the personal information or to exercise any of your other rights in law. This is a proportionate security measure, to prevent unauthorised disclosure of personal information.
Solely in circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing, at any time. Once v.g.tick has received your notification that you have withdrawn your consent, v.g.tick will no longer process your personal information for the purpose, or purposes, for which you originally provided the consent, unless we have another legitimate basis, in law, for doing so.
